I’m compelled to write a review after seeing countless bad reviews across the web saying it doesn’t work. It does work. And really well. This little device has made a world of difference in my life. I don't understand how it works, but I'm happy it does. I have suffered from anxiety at bedtime for a long time. My mind will not be quiet thinking about work, the kids, whatever. I have been using this for a month now and I can now fall asleep so much faster and if I wake up in the night I just start it again and I go right back to sleep. Good stuff!
