Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed and shipped out within 1 business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Chill Pill™ offers FREE economy shipping on all US orders over $55. Once shipped, domestic orders within the U.S. normally arrive within 5 -7 business days. Faster shipping rates are available at a fee.
Inclement weather conditions, mail carrier issues, and customs may all cause delays in transit.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Chill Pill™ ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
We recommend downloading the Shopify Shop app here for automatic tracking updates.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Chill Pill™ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Chill Pill™ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We offer international shipping to most countries.
At this time, we do not ship to Belarus, Russia, and Ukraine.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. International orders typically arrive in 6 to 12 business days, but can sometimes take up to 45 days to arrive.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Chill Pill™ is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
