    Crazy that this thing works!

    I don't understand how it works, but I'm happy it does. I have suffered from anxiety at bedtime for a long time. My mind will not be quiet thinking about work, the kids, whatever. I have been using this for a month now and I can now fall asleep so much faster and if I wake up in the night I just start it again and I go right back to sleep. Good stuff!

    It really works!!

    I was skeptical if this chill pill would really help me fall asleep, which I have trouble doing most nights. The chill pill really works very well. I no longer count sheep and fall asleep fast. If I wake up later in the night, I just use the chill pill again. I definitely have more energy the next day.
