    Major anxiety & depression. I had a hard time sleeping at night & regulating during the day. This helped SO MUCH. It’s something I desperately needed but didn’t know I needed. Buy just one & see how it helps with consistent use for a month. Also - an extra sleeve ($5 is worth the investment because mine end up breaking after 2 months of usage. That’s the only negative.) GREAT product for nighttime anxiety.
