    WORKS LIKE A DREAM

    I have struggled with sleeping all my life. It occurs sometimes more than others. Recently, I had gotten into the bad habit of using Benedryl to make me fall out. My problem is "getting " to sleep...once I am asleep, I can sleep through the night and actually sleep LONG hours.

    Love it!

    Definitely works

    I don’t generally have problems falling asleep but I suffer from anxiety during the day that keeps me from being effective at work and enjoying my free time. After using this device for a couple weeks I have noticed a drop in my anxiety and I’m also less reliant on other relaxants.

    I have multiples because it works so well

    I’m compelled to write a review after seeing countless bad reviews across the web saying it doesn’t work. It does work. And really well. This little device has made a world of difference in my life. It absolutely works for me! As soon as I start to feel an anxiety attack coming on I get this in my hand and it helps keep the worst of it at bay. Am I still anxious? Yes. But I’m not spiraling into a full attack.     Crazy that this thing works!

    I don't understand how it works, but I'm happy it does. I have suffered from anxiety at bedtime for a long time. My mind will not be quiet thinking about work, the kids, whatever. I have been using this for a month now and I can now fall asleep so much faster and if I wake up in the night I just start it again and I go right back to sleep. Good stuff!
