    Amazing!

    Actually beneficial for sleep & relaxation!

    It only took me a short while to adjust; it doesn't hurt at all, but you need to "finesse" the best "grip" holding it. Sometimes, the low intensity does the trick, and other times, I can feel the high intensity better. For me, I've found it works best to place my hand holding the chill pill - under my pillow, which adds just a bit more light "pressure" so that I can feel the impulses better. Enjoy!

    WORKS LIKE A DREAM

    I have struggled with sleeping all my life. It occurs sometimes more than others. Recently, I had gotten into the bad habit of using Benedryl to make me fall out. My problem is "getting " to sleep...once I am asleep, I can sleep through the night and actually sleep LONG hours.
